Hey girls, I know im not in any position to say this but...as your senior, i think i ought to give you a piece of my mind. Dont take it so negatively alright?

I've came to realised that this year 'B' division girls are in clicks. In another words, not really united. Why is that so? Why are you in your own groups of 3, 4 or watever it is... be it sec 2s or sec 3s. After playing netball for so long, all of you ought to realise the importance of camaraderie, is that not true? Netball is a team game. We're not playing street netball here.

I sincerely believe that next year, the 'B' division despite being small-sized (im just kidding), each and everyone of you have the ability to achieve the 'north zone top 4' title or even the nationals. Nothing is impossible so long as everyone is willing to put in some effort and time in team bonding, etc.

Now im nagging like an old lady -_-

People, please take into account that your pesta sukan is arriving soon. So try to forget all those unhappiness and play like what a real team should! If all of you refuse to heed my advice and think im crapping, so be it. By the end of the carnival, you all will know what i meant. Im sure none of you would want to lose a game, not because you are not good enough but because all of you arent bonded enough.

Lastly, end your differences peacefully. No conflicts please. Conflicts may have adverse effects on the team. I've said my piece. No offence but please think through what i had said. All the best for the rest of your games :D
