Training today was so........ lethargic.

Everyone looked really tired during courtwork and i dare say i'm the most energetic one besides coach.. haha! and amy.. I guess it's probably because of the hot weather..

Ironically, some other parts of Singapore were FLOODING at tat time!!



so weird.




anyway,



daphne: only 11 people came for training today. how pathetic!

daffy: what??!! they reached at 11 o'clock!!?

daphne: no, they didn't even went.

daffy: my gosh... 11 people absent.. how sad!

daphne: NOOO!! 11 people CAME. at around 7 o'clock.

daffy: what! they went to 7-11 instead of training! how trecherous!

daphne: 7-11? when did that became the topic?

daffy: no la! you so blur!! haha!! the topic is about how only 11 people came for training today!

daphne: URGH! THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN TRYING TO TELL YOU ALL ALONG!



was that too cold?? HAHAHAHAHA!! take that as my leaving present for you all..



the point is, please come back for training asap ok, sickies... :)



dont miss me. this way, i wont feel guilty and thus wont BUY ANY PRESENTS FOR YOU GUYS.

YES!! I COMPLETED 3680m TODAY!!!
3680m=3.68km
alot right? considering it's my first training.. applause please everyone!!!
darn the rain.. it was supposed to be 2km for the 'c' division training.. In the end, we had to run 32 laps at the 3rd floor.. :'( *wails daphne* NEVERMIND!! The 'b' division got 3 spokes today.. hehe.. I feel so much better now that there are people "suay-er" than me. :) today, the 'c' and 'b' division did more or less the same thing.. both teams did specialized trainings on the shooters, mid-fielders and defenders. Me and pinky kept laughing at YU MEILING. you guys know why? cause the difference between her jumping for the ball and not jumping is like... NONE? She's just so long that she can just stretch! And when domi stretches up it was like one long STICK. haha!!!!! and the shooters?? they were doing splits. alot aLOT ALOT of splits. haha.. pinky did splits in the morning and after that she got aches.. (walks like an ah ma too, i think) so shooters, expect the aches that will make you waddle like a duck! or an ah ma.. depends on which style you like. :)
COURTWORK: luan qi ba zao.alamak.oh my sky. some good moves and plays by the players but mostly messy.. and the sisters were umpires today!! boo hui and layhoe! *clap clap* they were very very strict. haha.. don't see them looking so demure, they're actually NOT!! someone says boohui looks like a butterfly when she splits. i forgot who. and when Meiling defended Joanne, it was " THE LONG ONE V.S. THE LONGEST ONE" very challenging! it'll do both of them good.. YOU ALL AR!! NEVER STRETCH YOUR OWN PLAYERS TO THEIR FULLEST..
take bee juan. everytime i see her catch a pass, her arms are bent. same thing for huizhen, joanne and meiling. the rest also bent their arms but it wasn't that often compared to these 4.. so fine ladies and true gentlegirls, please help them improve!! you all want a better team right?
i'm glad to see that the defenders are playing well today.. keep it up! good shots today too, shooters.. as for mid field, ur efforts are seen and applauded whenever you made a good choice, move or run..
so JIA YOU JUNIORS! be ready for mrs tan when she comes back! we must show her that we shed off many layers of skin since she left..(turn chao-ta) :)
PAMELA AND CHARINE!!! where are you guys??? stop slacking la!! come back to trainings! miss loo misses you 2 so she asked for both of you today...
once again, TRAINING ROCKS!!!!
urgh. i'm aching.
but it's worth it. :)

HELLO THERE!

Okay, I'm Rachel. I've been blogging for 2 days, where are the rest?! Haha.

I hope we will work hard together as a team from now onwards. Let's end all conflicts. I know that it is hard to forgive especially if the person hurt you badly in a way. But let's leave it out of the game, yeah? I really want this team to go far, but I can't do it alone. I need all of you, really do. :D

Okay, we started this blog last year and we only have 99 posts?! Blog, blog, blog! Guess who I am, I'm the mighty Rachel. Hahaha. Training has resumed, and we better work hard! North zone is coming, and we must aim for top 3, not 4! The higher the better so we'll push ourselves further. But that does'nt mean you can neglect your health! Especially, Mingyue! Rest more. Defenders 184, 1324, 2324. HAHAHAAHAHA. Okay, lame.
